Hey Friends! Can you believe this? Eight months ago Junkyard Wisdom was released! So I’m offering something FREE if you’ll take the time to help … keep reading.
So what’s happened in the last eight months? Well, I’ve lost track of the interviews, podcasts, blogs, and talks. All great fun, from large to small!
A few highlights would include the book launch party at Old Skool Cafe, the incredible group of people who joined our workshop in Belize, and my talk to a packed room at my alma mater Westmont College. So many memories have been made, from the National Christian Foundation talk in Louisville, to the book signing in Florida at The Gathering, to the bible study group of 10 guys who invited me to breakfast.
The best part has been hearing from the readers who said the book gave voice to what they had been sensing in their own hearts. Knowing Junkyard Wisdom enriched their spiritual journey is the greatest reward.
If you found the book meaningful in some way, and you haven’t told me, I would love to hear from you. I learn something new each time a reader shares something!
So now what? Three ways you can get FREE gift:
1) Much to my surprise, short reviews on Facebook have the most impact on sales. If you could post something, and add a link to Amazon, you’ll engage far more people than anything I can do. Here’s a link to copy and paste into the post: http://amzn.to/2bh2uJP
2) Have you written a review on Amazon yet? It helps because it makes the book easier to find (for algorithm reasons I am clueless about).
3) I still have copies available, so if you want to purchase in bulk let me know. From five to five hundred, I’ll happily sign them, though give me a little time if you really want 500!
If you can do any of these things I’d be happy to send you a free signed copy … but wait there’s more! I’ll also send you one of the few remaining completely ridiculous (and sometimes called ugly) Junkyard Wisdom T-Shirts!
Why T-shirts? On page 113 there’s a paragraph that includes, “Start by making friends with people different than yourself. Then keep doing that for your whole life. God only knows what will happen.” Then I add the line, “Not exactly something you’d put on a T-shirt, is it?”
So of course we put it on a T-shirt!
Well much to my surprise, NOBODY has asked me about those T-shirts! Gosh, what is it with you folks? Don’t you understand product placement?
Thus we have a few T-shirts, in limited sizes, and I’ll send you one (with either that slogan or another as shown below) if you will post on Facebook, write a review on Amazon, or buy the book in bulk. We really don’t have a lot, so act fast. Do I sound like a late nigh TV infomercial yet?
Thanks for your help, and thanks again for all the wisdom and encouragement you’ve shared along this journey. It’s been a fun 8-months!
Greetings from Belize,
