Making a Difference, by Larry Little

Larry Little has written Making a Difference because he has a passion for helping people live better lives. This short book is a simple and approachable study of different personality types, which doesn’t sound all that innovative. And I suppose it isn’t — Little admits that there are many good personality tests available.

But this book makes personality types easy to understand. Even better, it gives some simple explanations of what it will be like to interact with somebody with a specific personality. And how to avoid some pitfalls with our own personalities.

There isn’t much here that a well read person hasn’t seen before. But it is easy to understand, which I can’t say about some books of the same genre. For people who are completely new to the idea of personality types, or who don’t have the time to go through the full Myers-Briggs type test, this book provides a fast and simple solution.
